How to Apply

Thank you for your interest in Trinity School of Midland. The links below will give you detailed information that will guide you through the steps of the application process. Please note that there are different requirements depending upon the grade to which you are applying.

Upper School (Grades 9-12)
- Submit application with fee ($75)
- Request transcripts and records from current school using Release of Records form
- Online teacher recommendations
- Complete entrance/placement tests: register online
- Schedule a visit day for student: register online
- Decision notification will be sent on the Friday before spring break
Middle School (Grades 5-8)
- Submit application with fee ($75)
- Request transcripts and records from current school using Release of Records form
- Online teacher recommendations
- Complete entrance/placement tests: register online
- Schedule a visit day for student: register online
- Decision notification will be sent on the Friday before spring break
Lower School (Grades 1-4)
- Submit application with fee ($75)
- Request transcripts and records from current school using Release of Records form
- Online teacher recommendation
- Schedule a visit day for student: register online
- Complete entrance/placement tests if required
- Decision notification will be sent by the Friday before spring break
Preschool (PreK-3 & PreK-4) and Kindergarten
- Submit application with fee ($75)
- Students are interviewed by appointment with a faculty member
- Group playdate in the Spring
- Online teacher recommendation if previously enrolled in a program
- Decision notification will be sent on the Friday before spring break
Two Year Olds
Enrollment consideration is based upon the following:
- Submit application, no fee
- Enrollment Agreement signed
- PreK-3 Tuition deposit ($300)
- Two Year Old registration fee ($100)
Families applying for the Two Year Olds Program by mid-December will be notified by email mid-January of the following year about their status.
